Seldom have I been so pleased to have spent money on a product and service. Skilled craftsman leading a fine ground crew, my landscaping never knew they were here. That locking shingle, yes, do that, seriously. My insurance company (State Farm), was also happy with them, nice, so smooth. Not my first roof in life, smooth counts a lot. Over and above would pretty much cover the entire experience.

I called the toll-free number. I received a quick call back. I asked about an wetspot in my ceiling. Even though I was out of warranty Dave came out the same day to look at my roof. The roof was fine but there was some gaps around chimney. Dave calked the gaps. We have had heavy rains since and all is great. Dave provided exceptional service.

I love in a 130 year old farm house with a crazy steep roof that has a ton of peaks and valleys. I also have a small yard in East Grand Rapids with neighbors close by on either side, and therefore materials had to be moved in and out without equipment. Finally, I put on ArtLoc shingles that require individual application, rather than the standard rectangle shingle mat than is nailed on. In other words, it was a very hard job, but I must say, my crew worked even harder, doing an amazing job. I had neighbors coming over for the two weeks they were there, commenting on their amazing work. In was spring and raining, so on the days it wasn't raining, they worked till 8 or 9 at night to get it done. They were not inexpensive, but the final roof looks fantastic.

This is who you want to call. You won't like that you have to call them but they'll take care of you. No B.S. and to the point. They'll set you straight as far as what you're dealing with. They'll give you the options to consider. You want to go top of the line with products they can do it. Want to save some money but still have confidence in the products used they walk you through that too. For the penny pincher or those strapped for cash there are still options as far as serviceable products. Whatever your issue, whatever your situation, Sheriff-Goslin can take care of you. The knowledge they have and the communication to you is second to none. They inspect, they explain, they take care of business. Made my life easier. Truly thankful for their service.

Where do I start? This company seemed to bend over backward for me every time I turned around! The salesman was very personable, but professional as well. Great communication! The roof was a total tear off and install the new one. They completed all this IN ONE DAY! Installation was very well done down to the tiniest details. This company made me feel like I was their only client. Later when the insurance check to pay for their service was delayed, I was not hounded for payment. Very, very happy with the roof and how everything was handled. I cannot recommend these guys enough!
