Just finished a garage conversion to an ADU. I heard a lot of horror stories and walked into this expecting whatever price I start with to increase by a good 50% but by the end with all new codes and ridiculous inspectors requests we only came in about 5% over the initial price which I am very happy with. It looks great and I’m already renting the place out for additional income. Adi and he's polite team at ground up builders will be there for you till the end of the project. I have finally chose my forever contractor!

We're 90% done with a kitchen remodel with Ground Up Builders and are so impressed with the quality and timeliness of their work, and responsiveness to our needs. They will be finished in under 2 months from start to finish, exactly as stated. The work space was always immaculate and the guys on the work crew were terrific. I am going to start saving so that we can continue working with the on other projects in the future.

We settled on Ground Up Builders to remove two kitchen walls after quite a bit of research and many estimates. The quote was competitive and only increased a very reasonable amount when the scope of work did, Adi (our main contact) was friendly and professional, and GUB was willing to work with my Husband and I doing some of the work ourselves to keep costs down. Throughout the job the work was done very well, the team was responsive to any questions or concerns we had, and they took care with our home. We didn't have any of the issues that are unfortunately common with construction - the price didn't inflate, they stayed on schedule, cleaned up everything as they went, and never acted as though something wasn't their problem. All in all, we were very happy and would absolutely work with Adi and GUB again.

So far, so good! The team from Ground Up that is re-wiring our house are like magicians. Our house was built in 1921, so we have plaster and lath walls. Most other contractors would have torn up the walls to re-wire the house but Ground Up hasn't opened a single wall. Our addition was done in 2001, long before we bought the house, and there was very little crawl space in the "flat roof" of the addition and yet they were able to install recessed lighting without a problem. Tal has been great, ensuring that all of our concerns and little worries are being addressed. Now if only the weather would cooperate so we can finally get our new roof! We will definitely use Ground Up for our future home improvement projects.

I recently had Ground Up Builders clean out my old crumbling attic insulation and install a new one, as well as couple recess lights. I got a couple bids and decided to go with GUB.. I'm glad I did! The work was done within a day and the area cleaned up meticulously. I'm very pleased. Thank you Aaron, and GUB!
