Fredricks replaced our roof and did spectacular work! We were working with our insurance company to complete the job and Fredricks was very understanding and professional about all the steps (and time) that required. The crew showed up and worked efficiently even though rainy weather tried to halt things. The whole job was done in a couple of days. They discovered additional damage above our garage, brought it to our attention and had it fixed in no time. I would definitely work with them again.

Competitive price (got 4 quotes), got done sooner than they said it would, good clean up, and came back for a follow up repair the same day that I called them about it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Give them a try! They were great to deal with.

I have worked with this company several times in the past and they did good work at a competitive price. My most recent experience was not the same. I was given a written quote for a job that I awarded them the work for. They showed up on time and did the work well. When I got the bill for the work, it was 40% higher than the quote. The reason I was given was that they were passing on additional costs in labor and material that they used on the job. It was not a T&M quote. There was nothing hidden in the work when they looked at it. They either missed the quote, or just added to the job to increase the total work for them. Either way they did not stand behind their quote. If you are going to work with them be very cautious as they may add to the job unnecessarily.

I contracted them to do a roof that was quoted under $6000. One day I came home and they were replacing the OSB on the entire roof... with no clearance or notification that the cost would go up. When I received my final invoice the price was just under $10k. The roof has help up nicely but the workmanship is not up to par. They were supposed to replace the trim under the drip rail and there are large sections missing. To make matters worse, when they did the tear off, they disregarded the fact that the attic is finished and full of clothing and furniture. The damage that occurred inside was nothing short of spectacular... they were even throwing their cig butts down there. When I contacted them about the damage, they told me "people don't usually have things like that in their attic" they offered me a $100 discount on my 40% over the quoted cost job. Hiring them was a huge lesson learned. This is the first time I've decided to write a Google review. It's been about a year and a half since I contracted them... I've had plenty of time to evaluate the situation logically. I wouldn't recommend these guys... period.
