The team at Greenwald & BC assisted us with a rather large remodel of our grocery store in Mt Pleasant. Colin did an excellent job of contacting and scheduling sub-contractors and Matt was at the job site almost everyday to assure the project was progressing quickly and safe. We were very impressed with their work and would highly recommend them for any commercial project you may have.

We experienced a tragic house fire which horrifically and extensively damaged our newly renovated home. The fire left us distraught and bewildered to say the least. Having gone to elementary school with Colin and only ever hearing good things about Greenwald Builders we decided we could start the process with meeting Colin. After our first meeting with Colin and Preston there was never a second thought about meeting with any other company due to their vast and extensive knowledge of construction and their honest presentation of expectations we would anticipate with Greenwald. Preston was assigned to be the lead contractor in charge of rebuilding our home and he took care of every detail. Preston always kept us informed on what to expect and kept us on track with decisions we needed to make. There was never a time that any Greenwald employee was anything less than professional: All of the trades that were in our home were competent and professional as well. Preston delivered on everything he promised and made everything seem so effortless. Preston went above and beyond on countless occasions to keep the project on track and simply to ease our minds. Preston always delivered the highest standard of exceptional customer service and is second to none! Growing up in Mt Pleasant I will always have a special place in my heart for some of our towns greatest traditional beacons of pride which are set apart from the pack such as The Embers 1# pork chop , The Holiday Inn, Doozies ice cream, Island Park pool, and Greenwald Builders. From our first meeting to present day interactions with the Greenwald team, we can say without hesitation that we made the best decision in the world in choosing Greenwald & B.C.! I have had numerous construction projects done around my home. Both interior and exterior work. I’ve had some very interesting and not pleasant experiences. However, I have found a contractor that does exactly what they say they’re going to do. Not only did the meet the expectations set by the neighbors who had worked with them in the past, they also went above and beyond to exceed them. Looking to have them back this winter to remodel the basement.

Greenwald & BC replaced our roof on our two story home. The crew was super nice and did a fantastic job! They were very careful to not damage the siding or plant life around the house. I would definitely recommend them for any job you may need done.
