I called John McCarter to tell them that my roof is over 15 years old and I found a few shingles curled up, and asked them to come over to give a price quote for repair, along with some other home projects. The salesman recommended me to do a detailed roof and attic inspection, which will cost 150 dollars, to decide what needs to be repaired or replaced. Long story short, the guy came and spent one hour on my roof, one minute in my attic (without even getting into the attic), took my payment of 150 dollars, and told me that I will receive a detailed report and price quote concerning my roof. Weeks later I received a price quote to totally replace my roof. When I asked if I can only repair some portions, they told me "No we don't recommend repair, because your roof is over 15 years old and some shingles are cured up". So basically they charged me 150 dollars for nothing!!!

Resent storm brought down a 10’ piece of siding from over 20’ tall peak of my house. I chose John McCarter Construction company to do the fix because their fair price and quick schedule. They find the exact matching siding and fixed it within the quote and time schedule. They also truly stand behind their service. We had a small issue with the first fix. They came out the second time to make sure it is done right. Now the siding looked great and we are so happy we find a great company. Matt who did the siding was very polite and skilled. The SWAT team did such a great job in replacing some old windows, fixing, upgrading, and replacing several areas of siding. They were super polite, efficient, and their work quality was excellent. In addition, they saw things that needed doing that were not even on the work order and fixed them at no extra charge! When they left, everything was fully cleaned up - other than the house looking better than ever, you'd never have known that they had been there for 4 days. Cannot recommend highly enough!

John McCarter Construction was great! They fixed my siding that blew off in a windstorm. They matched the color and did a great job of communicating the progress. The invoice was less than the quote, which he told me was probably high, but wanted to prepare me for worst case scenario. Overall I was very pleased and will use them again.
