The job is now (nearly) done and the concrete looks pretty darn good! There are a few minor issues, but Roy (the owner) has been in touch consistently and is making sure that all the finishing touches are getting taken care of. What a difference from my initial experience! Much respect to the guys at GreenPro for owning up to the initial issues and getting on the ball. I won't hesitate to hire them in the future.

I used part of my tax return to finally get my lawn redone by GreenPro Direct. I've wanted artificial turf for a while now, so I'm glad I hired these guys. They were very professional and even showed up 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment. Overall very happy with the results. 5 stars guys

You can't go wrong with this company, especially if you get Ryan Peterson as your project manager. GreenPro Direct falls under the large landscape company category, not your typical sole proprietary outfit that hires subs or day laborer to work on the project. But unlike other large landscape companies, you get the same person who comes in to do the initial discussion, measurements and design. Ryan was an extremely delightful person to deal with. He was knowledgeable, patient, accommodating and takes good care of you as a client. The project wasn't problem free as expected for a decent size project, but how the problem was handled and resolved to our satisfaction was what distinguishes Ryan from your typical project manager. We are completely happy with the results and was glad to have selected Greenpro (and lucky to have gotten Ryan) even though their price was not the cheapest.

Had a new patio installed in my backyard, very happy with Green Pro on this project. Workers showed up on time or earlier every day of the project. Every day the workers cleaned up the back yard and front driveway as well as put everything back the way they found it before leaving. Pavers and dumpster trucks arrived when they were scheduled. Elevation and grading looked perfect and patio is exactly leveled and they way I wanted. They installed extra drains below the patio with no additional charge. The owner of the company showed up to check out the job frequently so I thought that was professional.
