We got a quote for painting our house which was in much need of painting. We agreed to the work and quote. The work was done very quick. They repaired the house before the painting and the paint looks great and helps with cooling as well. The house Looks so much better. The workers explained everything well and even worked around separate repairs we had going on and then repaired and painted around that area as well. They were professional and explained everything. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their house painted, I had no issues at all.

Okay here's my story. FHI came to my home to quote central air at my home. After a 2 hour presentation I was given a price and it was good. So I told the rep to give me a written quote so I could contact my Hero financing rep. I was told I would get the quote e-mailed to me. Weeks go by and still no quote. So another rep calls me asks me why I don't want to do business with them. I told the rep that statement is untrue and that I was waiting for the quote. I was told another rep would to home again and give me the quote. So the rep came and wanted to do another 2 hour presentation. I was no I just need the quote that was promised to me so I can go over the numbers with my financing agent at Hero. So once again I am told I would get the quote e-mailed to me. Weeks go by again and still no quote. And literally for months reps for "Family Home Improvements" keep calling me and asking either "If I 'm ready to do business with them" or "Why I don't want to do business with them". And I keep telling these people the same story I wrote above. But I kept giving them chances to redeem the company by telling them to simply send me the quote. They say they will but never do. Finally after around 6 times of this I tell the rep that they had their chance and I gave them more chances than needed. I followed up with telling the rep that at this point my feeling were that if they can't even fulfill their quote promises, keep true customer interaction records and just plain stop wasting people's time; how they could actually expect me to actually want to do business with them. I asked to be removed from their call list. But guess?...They stopped calling for about 2 months....and just recently called again asking again "If I'm ready to do business with them". The company has some serious problems. DO NOT TRUST THEIR LIES AND KEEP AWAY FROM THEM. My next step is to report them.

The job was done in a timely manner. Am satisfied with the result. Will refer the company to my family and acquaintances.

David was very honest with me. My old patio was about to fall down. I needed a new patio. What they built me was the most beautiful free standing patio I could ever want. It was built in a couple days with alum wood. I never have to paint, or worry about wood rot or termites. I love it. It's beautiful. Davids team was great to work with. Honest and down to earth. I will use Family Home Improvements on my next big project. Thank you
