Both of my neighbors had hail damage, and I found some water spots on the ceiling in a couple of my rooms in my home. I called Delta roofing. I heard their advertisements on the radio and really liked the fact that they support our military and L.E.O's. They set up a time for 11:00 a.m. The employee from Delta called me and said they had a cancellation and that they could meet me at 9:00 a.m. I couldn't meet them at my house but the man said no problem they could still take a look at it and would call me with what they found. They called me around 9:45 a.m. and advised me there was no damage, only a few loose nails, then offered to check the entire roof to make sure it was tight and would replace any lost nails for $350.00. I was glad to hear there was no damage and told him I would think about it. A day later my neighbors roofing contractor was at his house. I never told him about Delta being at my home, checking for damage. I asked him to look at my roof. I watched him get on my roof, and he took several photos of hail damage. I called my insurance company they sent out an adjuster and he too got up on my roof and took several photos, and marked several areas. He came down and said he was totaling the entire roof and also a few pieces of down spouting. The adjuster came a separate time from the second roofing contractor so there was no collusion between them. Needless to say I was not very impressed with Delta, and hope the owner gets this post...so he knows what some of his employees are doing, (or not doing).

Delta Roofing has been the best commercial roofing company for as long as I can remember and that goes back at least 30 years. They are an amazing family owned and operated business. If you are needing a new roof or repair call them, you will be happy you did!
