Just had my son's metal roof repaired on his home and a new metal roof on his garage. A+++ all around!!! From my initial call to ask for a bid, phone was answered quickly and politely and James contacted me right away; came out to look at the job WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD (a rare commodity today) gave me a very fair bid and understood and answered all my questions professionally. I then asked for him to bid me with the job broken down so that if I chose to I could "pick and choose" what I'd have him do now, and leave part for a future date. (which I did). Received the accurate fair and reasonable bid promptly and agreed on what we'd have done at this time. His crew showed when he said they would (rare anymore) and began the work swiftly and courteously. All four men on the crew were aces! The job was done sooner than I'd anticipated and the workmanship is A+++! My son and I couldn't be happier!!! They fixed things that the previous installer did incorrectly. It was terrific to use a local contractor and keep the money in town. Thanks James and crew and office folk for a painless experience!! We'll use ya'll again and recommend you highly every chance we get!!

Hired Jr Construction to replace my roof and siding. Had some ups and downs but in the end James was really quite wonderful about it all. Love the look of our home now. I would definitely hire Jr Construction again 😀

Before I begin my review I'd like to say I have tried calling the company multiple times to try to fix our situation, but it hasn't gotten me anywhere. I've called 6 times and the lady says I'll send someone out tomorrow and no one ever shows and no call backs. We had a new metal roof, gutters and gutter guards put on summer of 2017, winter of 2017 first snow fall came and melted, ripping half our gutter guards off. They will not stand by their warranty and repair the damages. I would not recommend them to anyone. This is just one issue we had. They left metal pieces from clipping the tin all over our yard, they piled junk tin on top of my newly planted rose bush, we asked them to save our old gutters so we could use them on our garage, they completely bent them in half, ruining them, our gutter guards came in 3 foot sections, (they must have used scrap pieces) all the gutter guards I have seen are in long sections. If you want quality and honest work don't hire Junior construction. Spend a little extra on a company that doesn't cut corners and will stand by their word.

The customer service is horrible, to put it simply. They came to put our roof on our new house and used our tools! One of our air hoses wound up getting a hole due to a nail being shoved through it. They used our kids’ plastic picnic table as a sawhorse and cut the side off. When we ask for it to be replaced, we got the run around. The guy finally said he would replace it and personally drive it down to us. We haven’t received a replacement table or even heard from him in months! The workers smoked in our house, so when they left we had to go around and pick up all the butts that were thrown around in the house and in the yard. I would not recommend this company to anyone! You can find a better deal, with more honest people, just going with a small local construction company.
