I recently had JS Construction Consultants replace the roof on my home and my experience with the company was great! I had put off replacing the roof for quite some time because damage was not covered by my insurance. There was financing available through the company and the process was very simple and the rates were great. Ed Witte was very professional, communicated well with me and the whole process went very smoothly. The crew was efficient and provided quality work in a timely manner. I would recommend JS Construction Consultants to anyone.

I would definitely not recommend this company, which is a shame since the actual roofers and gutter guys did a great job. The issues we had were mostly communication related. The woman who was the representative of the company was horrible at relaying correct information and in a timely manner. There were weeks that we heard nothing back and I had to touch base to find out what was going on. We were also told that they had submitted paperwork to my insurance company and had heard nothing back, when I talked with my insurance they had never had any contact with them or heard of them at all. We were also given assurances on the cost from the first phone call that turned out to not be true at all -- had a sign up in our yard for months and were told she'd "see what she could do" about getting us a $100 sign bonus, which never amounted to anything. Last minute phone calls, roofers showing up with zero notice, inspectors showing up with 5 minute notice (as they're driving down my road), gutter guys showing up with no notice (as we're leaving our house). All in all the work done was beautiful, but the handling of the business is unprofessional in our experience.
