Professional from the beginning. Did a great job on our roof and some dry wall repair inside. Richard was super knowledgeable about the insurance process. They were quick and left the property very clean. Roof looks great!

We had two nice storm doors put into our house. One going into the garage and one going to the backyard. Everybody was very professional, Timely and trustworthy. The doors work great and we've had no problems. We plan on using MSW again for some interior doors.

Poor customer service. Doesn't return calls or emails. Cannot get documentation proving the work was completed. And now their phone has a busy tone or says "the person you are trying to reach is not accepting calls at this time".
