Mr. Sanchez scheduled a time to meet on a Wednesday to give an estimate for our roof damage from the hurricane. His son, Fredi, met with me on Wednesday and discussed 4 different price options for 25, 30, 40 year shingles and metal. We ultimately decided on 40 year Landmark Pro shingles. I called Fredi that night as I stated I would when I discussed with my husband. He advised they would be starting Friday morning. The crew worked all day on Friday and half the day Saturday to complete my roof. The crew was courteous and left my yard clean. Mr. Wayne came out to our house to address a concern we had. He met with my husband and we resolved the matter. I would highly recommend Wayne Sanchez Roofing. Our estimates were reasonable! - considering we were being price gauged by 2 other companies. We were appreciative for their estimates and options.

Wayne Sanchez Roofing! We are so very happy we went with them. They are very professional, friendly, hardworking. Our roof was severely damaged, Fredi kept my husband updated on the project with pictures and calls through out the day and half. The crew arrived early and started work right away. They cleaned up before they left, they had put tarps and plastic around the area to catch the debris. They made sure no nails or other debris was left. The estimate is free, and they will work with you. They price is very good, a lot cheaper, the products they use are excellent quality and their work is excellent as well.
