When we had our roof leak, we called three roofing companies to come for an estimation. Mike A estimator came and went on the roof to make a temporary fix and gave us an quote. Paul Wright Roofing is not the lowest quote, However we decided to go with PWR because our neighbor had a very good experience with them. YOU PAY FOR QUALITY SERVICE .The scheduling of the work was very accommodating and the workers are very courteous and efficient. At the end of the job, the workers cleaned the gutters and yard. Our yard looked so nice as if we just had our spring cleaning done. I would highly recommend Paul Wright Roofing

If your time is important to you, be cautious in dealing with PWR. While I'm sure the company get a lot of business through the massive amount of advertising they do (and heavy rains over the last year), they have A LOT of trouble with customer service and following through with important details without CONSTANT reminders. This was true with my roof job, as well as the referral (from me) repair job on my brother's roof. PWR took many WEEKS to answer simple follow-up questions on my replacement; failed to send paperwork needed for the manufacturers warranty; and failed to send the referral fee related to the work at my brother's property (later, after being reminded of the agreement, they paid a fraction of the amount promised). Related to my brother's repair, PWR initially misdiagnosed the problem. Then, after receiving a deposit, PWR took their time scheduling the work. Only after being repeatedly contacted, did they schedule the repair. The majority of these problems were blamed on phantom "computer glitches" instead of owning up to the mistakes. Additionally, PWR refuses to answer any emails related to problems, presumably for fear of being held accountable for their answers. To me, this is a huge RED-FLAG. Their price is in the middle of other contractors; they cleaned up well after the work, other than an inordinate amount of nails being scattered around the perimeter of the property; and, so far, the roofs replacement and repair is leak free. I think the quality of the actual work is better than average, but dealing with all the delays, failures to follow-up, and excuses, makes this company sub par.

Really nice work done on my gutters. It was a large job but was completed in less than a day, no mess, and they look amazing. Everything was cut right, and the attachments were a lot stronger than a previous company that I used. Nice work!

Since my other review was removed 🤔🤔 Let me do it again - never gave me any requested quotes for future projects. - paid deposit for work to be done, waited two months to be "put on the schedule" -had to reach out to salesman several times to try to get on the schedule - salesman never returned calls nor emails - never called when they cancelled first appointment even though I took off from work the day they were supposed to come. - when they finally came out 2 days and 4 hours late they didn't even have the right parts for any of the work that was getting done, so they left without doing any work and without notifying us. - come to find out they ordered the wrong part and took one month to have the "owner" come out. To order the right part. Still haven't heard from them. - Another month later after multiple attempts to get them to come out and a least replace my downspouts that were on the orginal estimate. I keep getting blown off and they say oh they will try to get there this week. - I will hopefully be on the phone with the owner tomorrow or that is the last straw. I do not recommend them.

I was very specific in telling this company that the entire back portion of the roof was leaking. I was given an estimate for $3750 which I agreed to. They only worked on a small portion of the roof. When I complained about the continuing leaks, I was given another estimate of $4000 to work on the remaining section of the roof, which I had thought was included in the first estimate. In the meantime, the portion they had worked on continued to leak. Rather than throw good money after bad, I decided not to do any further business with Paul Wright Roofing. Very slow to respond to calls, very poor communication, and ineffective workmanship. I do not recommend this company.
