I don’t even know where to start. I wish working with every company was as easy as Pinnacle Exteriors. The entire process from first meeting them to reviewing the project, picking the roofs, installing and completion went off without a hitch. I was most impressed with how well the installers worked even through the heat. We didn’t have massive clean up of materials after they left. It’s great to have a company care about your home as much as you do. We are so pleased and would recommend them to everyone in the future. Thank you James especially for everything, your team of guys were fantastic and pleasant to work with! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Pinnacle was quick to give us a quote and install the panels. The follow-up on the inspection was not as fast as communicated since they work with an outside auditor in our area. It 2 months versus the 2 weeks that were communicated to us originally. Pinnacle's communication could have been better with us.

The salespeople explained the process they would use to replace the roof and had examples of the products they would use as well. They explained the warranty program, which was a major selling point for us, with it being a full lifetime warranty with labor, instead of the pro-rated warranty you get with other companies. The workers showed up a bit early which was nice, and although there was a very minor issues that arose during the replacement process, Pinnacle Exteriors did listen to our issues as they occurred as remedied them on the spot. After the crew left, Pinnacle did a follow up visit to insure we were happy with the job, and when another minor issue that we found after the crew left was pointed out, Pinnacle did again remedy the situation by sending a repairman to fix the water guard that slightly separated from the overhang of our roof.

Please understand that I am not a customer of Pinnacle Exteriors nor do I personally know anyone who has been. The reason for this entry is a result of reading the companies responses to unsatisfied customers. I have spent 25 years in the service industry and can say with 100% confidence that responding to an unfavorable review with negativity and ALL CAP RESPONSES is unprofessional at best. These responses came through to me as demeaning & humiliating. Attempting to disprove existing customer claims through anything but consistent improvement during every customer contact, by every employee, is an unsuccessful recipe. Personally speaking I would be more apt to work with a company that acknowledges mistakes and speaks positively about the corrections.

Okay, so I used them to put a new roof on my house. After the job was complete, they ask you to write a review here on Google about their services while they are sitting in your home, watching you do it. Needless to say that you have a feeling of being forced to write a positive review. It is a bit dishonest when you have the guy sitting across from you and reviews your feedback while still sitting at your table. Basically, you just want them out of your house at that point. There were issues that I could not address in my previous review because of the salesguy sitting two feet from me. First, they subcontracted my job because a snowfall pushed it back. Okay, I get it as that is a part of the business. But, it was obvious that they really did not screen this particular crew very well. Only one guy on the crew spoke English, so any issues that did arise, we weren't quite sure if the worker understood us until we found the guy who is the head of the crew. They were supposed to remove old vents from the roof. Instead, the guys started to put the old vents back in place and failed to install the new ones, even though it was explicitly stated in the contract. So, I tell the crew chief and he said he knows nothing about that. I call the office and the project manager calls the crew chief to set the record straight. All well and good. But, apparently this crew did not even bother to check in with the office that morning because if he did, he would have also had the necessary materials to replace the old vents with the new, as they had to wait for the team from the office to bring up all of the necessary materials. Then began the bathroom break parade. One of the guys asked to use our bathroom. I am not a jerk so I agreed. Then, a second guy came along to use it, having another crew member to ask for him. I saw his shoes were covered in mud and before he entered, I asked him to clean off his shoes. He smiled at me and proceeded to walk into the house, muddy shoes and all. So, obviously I stopped the parade there. So, then a regular guy from the office arrived and I pointed it out. He agreed to help me clean it up. All well and good. I asked him if the crew we got was a sub-contractor. He said no. I asked him if they had any shoe coverings to prevent this issue and the guy quipped, "I am helping you clean it up. What more do you want?" So, I let it drop. So, the job was completed without me having to make another call to the office. Not bad, BUT poor clean-up. The clean-up crew did not do a very good job of getting all of the old roofing up off the lawn, and almost a year later, we will have pieces of the stuff in our yard. Now, a few days later, the final visit for quality check. Even their own guy said they did a poor job with cleanup. Then, of course, they had me write the review with them there. Yea Here is the kicker. So, I asked the guy for the final check if we got a sub-contractor and he looked and said yea. So, the guy on the first day lied and this guy confirmed what I thought. Just be honest because I know that is how things operate. Then, the guy also addressed the mud issue and said that they should have worn the shoe coverings and were provided with them, unsolicited. Soooooo .... why did this kid who dragged in the mud not know that? Probably a day worker who was just there for the work and really did not care. Then, came the next sales pitch to do windows and I said I wanted to pay off the roof before we proceeded from there. Then, they asked for info on any friends and family that might be looking for home improvement projects. I bluntly said no. I would not want my info handed out by a friend, and I will not either. They let that drop. Will I use them again? I am not sure. Minor miscues for a higher price, albeit a better warranty, but they not being able to get the story straight or make sure their sub-contractors completely checked out gives me pause for concern. But, I guess everyone cuts corners when they can.
