Incredibly irresponsible. These people totalled my parked car and are refusing to help while their crappy insurance does nothing. It's been 2 and a half and their insurance still refuses to pay for a car that they have declared totalled. I have called the company several times but they refuse to take responsibility for their drivers actions.
