Yesterday my wife made an appointment for an estimate which was scheduled for this day at 9am. Since someone had to be there just to talk about the estimate I asked my job for permission to go in a little late. The company was punctual. When I noticed the truck I went out to see them and they had already left. I didn't take more than 2 minutes. They basically drove by and left. I called them about 5 times and they didn't answer. A text was sent asking if they would return because I couldn't keep waiting and they responded "No we can't help you as you already bought your shingle. Best of luck." Again tried to call and no answer! They are really unprofessional!! Another text was sent stating that material was for another project (as I did a coop, port, and well that needed new shingles but wanted a "professional" to do my home). I didn't receive any call or message from them. They made me lose hours of work, and they didn't bother to get out the car, or at least call and ask about that materials they saw.

After a lot of issues with other contractors trying to get siding, gutter, and roof damage fixed from a storm, I finally ran across Cassas brothers. The communication was spot on. Everything was explained and every question answered, from the insurance billing to exactly what they were going to do and why they were doing it. They showed up exactly when they said they would, completed it when they said they would and the work looks fantastic. Mark was there to oversee the work and was there the majority of the time and the crew cleaned up after themselves extremely well. I can't recommend them enough and look forward to working with them in the future for some additional projects.

My father recently had an emergency roof repair done by Cassas bros. They responded quickly. Came out to do the estimate very professional and got the job done right the first time. Was so happy with the way they treated my Dad! He's 83 now so he felt at ease with how quickly they tended to his problem. Thank you Cassas Bros! You are the best!
