Replaced my roof and no issues during or afterwards. Very friendly and professional!

They rely on an answering service, and rarely returned my calls. When Kenny finally did, I had slightly better luck contacting him directly. A crew finally came to repair the roof leak, with the work “fully insured, guaranteed.” My roof still leaked, but Kenny refused to make repairs. Eventually I hired another roofer, who informed me that the Advanced crew had put new shingles over a gap in the roof where the wood was rotted.

The roof and gutters look great and cleaned up well. Were hard to get a hold of when needed them to fix a slight problem but did come out and fix the problem. Would use them again if needed.

Like night and day with our new gutters! They came out to give us a quote which ended up being cheaper than we expected and told us that they would schedule us for a week later for the work. They ended up coming over after a job they had finished early and did ours so fast! You wouldn't have even known that they were there with how clean they left everything. I recommend them!

Promised to show up twice for an estimate and never did show. The first time, we got a call at the end of the day (our appointment was between 10 and 11am), where he apologized several times. The second time, he made no such time promise except "in the afternoon" on his way home from a morning meeting. I understand that summer is the busy season, but it's also important to respect your (potential?) clients' time. We weren't able to complete any of the errands we planned on either day because we waited for someone who never showed and didn't bother to call until hours after the fact. Very unprofessional. I also recommend checking out the reviews on Yelp--looks like this is a trend.
