I have had a very positive post-hail storm experience with Adamstree. My Project Manager, Sean, has been incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Communications with he and Steve have been great, and the coordination with the insurance company and recommendation of other contractors for windows & paint have made the entire process easier. I had a good crew, who cleaned up nicely, worked hard, and finished my roof in 1 day. I would use Adamstree again, and would highly recommend them.

Our experience with Adams Tree following a severe hail storm this summer has been excellent. We were looking for a company that could 1. manage multiple projects to restore our house to its original condition and 2. advocate for us with our insurance company to make sure as much of the repairs were covered as possible. Honestly, our project manager Sean went above and beyond in both regards. Not only was the quality of the roofing, gutters, screens, windows and paint work great, but he also really looked out for us in terms of insurance coverage. And what a straightforward, knowledgeable, nice guy on top of all of this. You can't go wrong with Adams Tree!

Adams Tree Roofing did a great job on my roof replacement. Drew was especially helpful in choosing the right shingles and I could not be happier.

In reference to my wife's review, this is an email I sent out the day after Adams Tree responded to her google review. Still haven't heard anything from them. Maybe they will do good work for you, but they botched ours and the response and lack of responsibility has been disappointing to say the least. Steve, In response to your Google response. I don't believe that 1 email on August 1st constitutes "trying to contact us over the last few months." I spoke with project manager personally right after the Google Review and that is literally the only contact we've had with you guys since the project. If there were other times you tried to reach out, I would love to hear about them. In response to the crew showing up on time, yes they showed up the first day at 8:19. You fail to mention that they sat in their trucks for over an hour before starting. You also fail to mention that every other day of the project ( which we were told would be 2 days) they showed up closer to 10, despite saying the day before they would be here at 7 am. You also fail to mention that the day they were supposed to start the build, I texted Drew at about 10 am and asked what time I should expect them. He says "oh they're tied up on another job, they will start this afternoon." They never showed up that afternoon. Makes me wonder when he was going to tell me that the project was delayed. Why did I have to reach out to him? Is it that hard to call or text me the morning of the build and say that it has to be pushed back. With regard to the beer drinking, there were empties in the dumpster and I found caps left in the yard along with limes that were put in the beers. Project Manager also personally apologized to me via text for the beer drinking and said it wouldn't happen again. So who's lying, Project Manager or the guys? The skylight explanation is a complete joke. When Project Manager was here measuring initially, he said "I'm gonna personally pick these up and keep them in my office." Clearly that was a lie. Finally, the correct ones were in and I was told by Project Manager that "Rodrigo is holding them hostage." They sat in his truck for almost an entire week, every day of which I was told they would be done that afternoon after they finished the job they were currently on. Is it standard practice to leave a job in limbo for a week and work on another job? Why not wrap up our build? Finally that next weekend, right before a rainstorm and lots of getting on Drew to get it done, it was completed. Go back and look at the times and dates of texts with Drew from that week if you don't believe me. With regard to ________ as a project manager. If he spent as much time helping his customers as he did bashing his crew, we may not be where we are. He pushed the blame to the crew with every issue from cleaning up to leaving skylight openings unsealed. I will give him credit for coming to seal them the night before we were going to get rain, though he was visibly pissed that he had to be there doing it. As well as having to come pick up all the extra materials that were left for 2 weeks after the build just sitting in my driveway. He even told me "After this job this crew will not be used again. We are firing them." Was that the case, or just Drew not taking any responsibility? I believe our review is more than fair and I'm sorry that you don't like it, but we will not remove or change it. Its funny because you say that people only post reviews when they're negative. We posted a great review for the guys who came to do some extensive work on our trees right after this fiasco. They showed up on time, very professional, and did a great job. I've worked in this field, so I understand how hard the work is and Project Manager came highly recommended from a friend, but the job just wasn't satisfactory. Chris Meixner

Did a great job working with us. Drew approached us after a major storm and helped work with a fairly difficult and unique insurance and claims adjuster process. The work was done very well and there were no hiccups at all with the charges and payment section, in fact they helped us out with being patient while our mortgage was transferred in the middle of the claims check process. Would highly recommend to anyone for storm repair, good honest people that get the job done well in a timely manner. Thanks!
