Great work, Great people, Great service highly recommended

Bad experience. Did L-Shaped roof. Looks good but done wrong. Did small roof last instead of doing main roof last. Probably will have water problems down the road. Contractor admitted roof done wrong, promised to fix problem each time we called but never showed up. Finally set up staging to do repair, took part of a shingle to match up because by time they came out was about 1 year after roof completed. Had staging set up for 10 months after roof completed. We called and left message to take staging away as it was dangerous to be left all this time and we put our complaint on Facebook. They came next day and took staging. We do not want them to do the work now as we do not trust them. I am putting complaint to Better Business and will probably have to go to Small Claims Court. Really not happy with this company mostly because they simply avoided and neglected to fix their error and did not ever come out when they said they would. This ordeal will be ongoing 2 years this November. If this roof leaks in the future and probably will, do you think Good To Go will be there for us???? I think they will be GONE, just like they were gone with our money and never coming back. NOTE: I had to give one-star rating to be able to comment. Tried to edit to take off star but could not.

On Feb 13th half of a friend's roof, -- literally HALF THE ROOF -- done by Good to Go Roofing 4-1/2 years ago blew off in huge chunks. My friend called several times, pleading on the answering machine to just let her know that they got her call. No response. Zip. Zero. Zilch. But she did see their truck drive by several times. Note: they only get one star so that I can post this.
