No idea how this company functions but spoke with Mr Oakes on 3 occasions, texted him and he acknowledged in phone calls receiving them and made arrangements on two separate occasions to attend my home re roof repairs and nothing. No call, no explanations, nothing I had called this firm on a recommendation but dodged a bullet if this is the way it is operated. Found another company and if my experience is any example don't bother calling.

This company needs sexual harassment training. Their crew has harassed me for two days when I step into my backyard- they are roofing the house behind me. I would NOT recommend these guys, Jim has not called me back about my concerns for the last 2 days. Lots of other great, well trained roofers are out there who do not participate in sexual harassment
