I cannot overstate how amazing my experience with Alice Roofing was. I was in dire need of a new roof/shingles due to years of neglect and water damage, but as a single dad, cost was a big issue. I called a dozen other reputable places who either quoted monstrously unfair pricing, or didnt even bother to show up. Then a friend advised that Alice Roofing did quality work for reasonable rates. From the sales/quoting portion all the way to the install team and cleanup - every step was professional and courteous. There were several issues that came up as needing immediate attention including removing my rotten chimney and a ton of extra carpentry to replace rotten wood; most places would see these items as a way to pump the bill way up - but all of this was done for an incredibly fair and reasonable price. Seriously, I could not have found a better price on the extras even among the "cash deal" guys and I know this because I looked into removing the chimney previously and received quotes over 1500 - Alice did it for less than half of that. No joke, these guys saved my home and I couldn't be more grateful. Thanks Alice roofing!!!!

Called on Monday evening and talked to a gentleman about getting a quote. The gentlemen said someone would call me that evening or the next morning. No call. Called on Wednesday about 1 PM and asked about the quote. The lady asked for my information again. I told her I had called on Monday and no one got back to me. She said the quotes take several days I said forget it she said "whatever". I called back again to advise her that the I was told that I would have a call on Monday night or Tuesday morning. She told me she would tell the salesperson. My gripe is that WHY do I have to call back? So much for trying to get someone who advertises in the METRO ONE.

Found these guys through the BBB. They did my roof in June and I am completely satisfied with the job they did. Friendly, professional, and fast efficient service. Would highly recommend them.
