I wouldnt recommend Turfrey's to anybody. I've had multiple dealings with them over the last few years and everything was fine until they closed the Waipukurau branch. I paid for a job to be completed over a month ago and was told I would be called to organize a time for them to come and do it. That phone call never came. Rang them several days ago and spoke to someone who said they will speak to the appropriate person to organize the job and they would call me back. That call never came. Tried multiple times today and only got voicemails. Spoke to someone in their support office in Hastings who said they will pass on a message for me to be called. Needless to say, im not holding my breath. This is just ridiculous, happy to take my money, and then just nothing

We bought a Weber BBQ from them. Knew the produce well and gave recommendations that have proven to be accurate. Helped out with delivery and good after sales service. Very pleased we chose them to get the BBQ.

Had a issue with a massport fire place right from the time it had been in stored Turfreys had there installer add another 600mls onto the chimney flu.However problem was still there where fire wasn't drawing open the door and smoke was escaping out threw the door and into my dining room and house . Rang Turfreys the guy that in stored it and another guy turned up . Jaden thanks so much for taking the time to actually listen to what was happening and rectifying the problem.( Blocked flu) A simple fix if your co worker had done his job properly which still cost me a few hundred dollars and extra flu that wasn't needed. Once again Jaden thank you for your professional approach and actually trouble shooting the faults cheers mate.

Terrible. Rude on the phone, felt like they didn't want my business
