Arranged a time to meet up with their plumber to fix my hot water system, no one turned up. Got him there next day, was pleasant enough. Let's see how the job goes.

I had a shower mixer fail late at night about 4 months ago and was forced to turn my water off at the main because it was pouring out in the bathroom uncontrollably. I rang Gardiner Plumbing when they opened at 7.30am and Paul was at my place within 35 minutes. He was efficient and easy to deal with and provided me with more than one option to deal with the problem. I went to work and he communicated with me while I was there. In the end he had to replace the mixer (after confirming it with me) - the final bill was clearly itemised and very reasonable. I thought the service was good enough to write a review months later and would recommend them.

Shane and the team did the plumbing on my new house two years ago and we were 100% happy. I would not hesitate to use them again. Nothing was a problem.
