Having had some recent disappointing experiences with workmen I have employed I was amazed and delighted to see how different John is. He is very conscientious, friendly and helpful.He kept me thoroughly informed about the work he was doing on my roof and explained about the extra problems he found there before asking my permission to proceed. He also cleans up very carefully after himself. So now my house is safe again from the wind and rain. Thank you, John very much.

John was a pleasure to deal with and communicated well throughout the process. We had a number of quotes for a complete re roof and although John was not the cheapest he seemed the best man for the job due to his vast knowledge, expertise and friendly manner. Very pleased indeed. I found Roofcare (Midlands) from a google search. I telephoned and an appointment was made for John to come out to us and give a quote for a problem we had with our chimney stack. He arrived on time (this is something a lot of tradespersons can't seem to do). He provided us with a written quote. In due course, scaffolding was erected. John started work. We had no idea just how bad the chimney was. Thankfully, John took a video and photos to show us. We were very shocked, it was evident the chimney was in a very poor state and had been for some time. In fact, it was in danger of collapsing. He cracked on with the job. He did an excellent job. He showed us photos of the finished stack etc. We are very pleased with his work and we highly recommend him.
