rented a property from this company and now I wish I didn’t I paid 10 months RENT up front plus deposit only to live in a house full of silverfish due to damp conditions because of leaking pipes throughout the house even a leaking boiler the landlord came with a FRIENDLY APPROACH to check property ONCE and promised to fix any problems I may have I INFORMED the landlord the issues I had in the property and he swore to come back and fix them but after many calls, no one ever came to fix the problems landlord included a washer/dryer in the inventory and stated it was fully working but as I went to use it I discovered that it was faulty so asked him to fix it he THEN sent someone to fix it and promised to fix it again if it stops working after some weeks the washer/dryer broke BUT THIS TIME when I asked for DINO to fix it he told me it's my responsibility and the fist time was a good will gestiour (the cheek) and was told the he is not liable to fix it as it stated in the letting agreement (which was a FALSE) IF I HAD KNEW IT WAS ONLY A GOOD WILL GESTIOUR I WOULD KNOW NOT TO CALL BACK TO ASK FOR IT TO BE FIXED AGAIN OR I WOULD HAVE JUST BROUGHT A NEW ONE FROM THE BEGINING as I later went though the inventory and letting agreement and discovered he had lied in the inventory and lied in the letting agreement I went to speak with him in his office the next day to come to some sort of agreement about the washer/dryer he started SHOUTING AND ACTING AGGRESSIVE towards me infant of his staff in the office when I tried to show him where HE LIED AND TRIED TO COVER UP HIS LIES ON THE PAPERWORK HE THEN GOT ANGRY AND TOLD ME LEAVE THE PROPERTY AS HE WAS GOING TO GIVE ME 2 MONTHS NOTICE TO DO SO HE THEN TOLD A MEMBER OF STAFF TO CALL THE POLICE FOR ME SO I CAN LEAVE HIS OFFICE so I calmly left I NEVER once shouted or threatened him IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM I even told him to calm down so many times I ALSO FOUND OUT THE WASHER/DRYER WAS NEVER HIS IN THE FIRST PLACE IT WAS FROM THE LAST TENENT WHO LEFT IT BECUASE IT WAS BROKEN SO DINO ADDED IT THE INVENTROY KNOWING IT WAS FULTY AND STATED IT WAS FULLY WORKING IN THE INVENTROY DINO IS A CROOK IN ALL HONESTY IF YOU CHOOSE TO LIVE IN ONE OF HIS PROPERTIES THEN GOOD LUCK WITH THE SILVERFISH AND GETTING ANYTHING FIXED CLAIMS TO CARE ABOUT HIS TENANTS BUT CALLS POLICE ON THEM WHEN THEY ASK FOR THINGS TO BE FIXED
