Awful, amateur company. I had a tired roof/gutters that needed replacing but was dry and secure. Now I have a roof and gutters that leak. Beware this company has no plan, no structure, no real idea of how to approach and complete a job, every task was reactive requiring a visit to the builders merchants or stopping the job. Dylan surveyed the job yet arrived on the day without the tools or all materials for the job. Borrowing scissors, my ladders, my mastic gun and breaking it without offering to replace it. In fact on one occasion he visited to do yet another repair, I clearly stipulated I would possibly not be at home. I actually did make it home to find Dylan on my roof accessed by a large ladder. Now remember this man is a roofer by trade. He had arrived in a car that had no roof rack so it immediately begged the question, where did he get the ladder from? He noticed a neighbouring house a few doors down was having work done and he brazenly borrowed the ladder from them. See my point about him being unprepared? Each hurdle in the job required him to disappear to get the necessary item to complete the next part of the process. I had to buy a new window frame as he did not survey the property correctly and installed the wrong profile fascia boards. Somehow that transpired to be my fault. It was a nightmare installation and even now 18 months on it is still a problem. A more or less permanent roof leak. Failing gutter brackets and joints. Trim falling off. They could not even install the eaves trays properly and that is something I am having to try and do myself or will have to go to the expense of paying to get them done properly. Indeed I have no doubt that at some point in the next year or so I will have to have my whole utility/garage roof resurfaced. So much for the long guarantee. What is particularly galling is when I challenged Dylan robustly, he accused me of being a moaning customer! Yet he has left me with an unsecure property. As a footnote, there is another negative review posted by another customer. Dylan has responded citing family health issues and van issues. Both used extensively throughout our own painful experience. While having sympathy, everybody has their own life experiences to deal with but should not be used as a reason to not deliver on promises. Additionally Dylan did say he should not have taken our job on due to his personal circumstances at the time. Avoid. Dylan has had his right of reply. Without labouring on too many of his excuses a couple of issues are pertinent. Nowhere in my review have I stated he is lying. His picture of his wife and children were volunteered and to repeat, then and now we had every sympathy. My backside his lads did not want to come back. Tea, biscuits and I gave two of them waterproof coats. The only challenges were on the poor standard of work. As the paying customer did I not have right? Finally, MY ROOF STILL LEAKS, it did not before Dylan worked on it. So not finished yet.

This is the second time I have used Dylan’s services ( he was originally recommended by a work colleague). He has proved to be an excellent craftsmen. He provided a competitive estimate & performed work to a high standard. Work was completed on time and I have no complaints about quality. He even provided recommendations, costing & time scale for any future work. Highly recommended.

Dylan and his 3 workers did a fantastic job reroofing my garage and rear extention. On time and on budget. An absolute pleasure to deal with. Great workmanship and incredibly tidy and polite. A decent chap. Highly recommended.

Got a quote for a flat shed roof replacement. Halfway through had to requote as issues which was fine as work was necessary. Still had some bits to do on last day so promised to come back at an agreed date. Thats when the problems started. Didnt turn up when Dylan said he would. Dylan wouldn't answer calls. Only would communicate by text sometimes! I paid in full trusting him to keep to his word. Excuse after excuse. I had to send text message after text message. Funny how he could use his phone very well prior to getting paid! Still outstanding is bottom piece of downpipe of guttering that i will have to sort out myself as he still hasnt done it. i didnt deserve the stress he caused me trying to get him to come back and complete the job. His lads however did a good job and worked hard, they were great. Oh and the receipt i asked for on numerous occasions? My guarantee and proof of payment? NONE! Wont provide me with one! Is that legal??What a joke! I wouldnt have been messed about like this and taken the complete rise out of if i was a fella or had a big burly husband! Beware! Dont pay until the job is done!
