Well that’s what you get with Wayne Addy, he works hard to achieve customer satisfaction and he has very high standards of his own he makes sure he achieves. I found he worked with me to ensure he understood what I wanted, recommended changes where he saw issues and then worked to this plan. He even pointed out other problems with the house he found when working so I could arrange for someone to come and have a look at those. He has such good all round building knowledge and a very good business demeanour, by this I mean he is professional, honest, has a good personality and a sense of humour; I never had any issue leaving him alone in the house and he is the first person in 11 years to get my crazy springer spaniel to follow him round like a lap dog instead of barking whenever he moved.
