Upkeep Contractors provided me with a competitive quotation. David and his workforce were very polite and hardworking. David updated me with photos of the work on a regular basis, to let me know what work had been carried out, and so that I could see the quality of the work (some works were at heights). I am very happy with the work carried out, and I would definitely use Upkeep Contractors again. I would recommend this company to anyone that wants quality work at a competitive price.

I have had a few jobs done with upkeep contractors and will continue to deal with them. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work. I wanted my little girls room redecorated and I contacted David. I needed a complete overhaul of the room as it hadn’t been touched for over 6yrs. He stripped wallpaper pulled up the carpet and laid down new laminated flooring and fixed the skirting that was poorly attached. To say he has attention to detail is an understatement he even sorted out the squeaky floorboard that I always just stepped over. He also fixed the lighting and changed all sockets, put up the radiator cover and painted over some garish magnolia paint that needed quite a few coats and then hung some wallpaper. He was also so tidy and left the room spotless. I couldn’t be happier with the work that was carried out that I’m now thinking I need to get some other rooms sorted out too. Thanks David you will be hearing from me again. My little one loves her room.

Excellent service , laid flooring in my daughters room was done to perfection , also fixed my roof that was leaking , and laid some railway sleepers in my garden and much more , couldn’t ask for a more friendlier person , and who does the job to the highest standard will definitely recommend, well done 👍
