Bad experience - took a £500 deposit over a year ago . Then has never done the job. Taking legal action

I've had a very bad experience with this person. He hasn't paid for scaffolding supplied by me in March 2016. Despite being taken to court and had bailiffs visit his house. PAY YOUR BILL DARREN £980
