Drain boss identified the problem after a CCTV survey. Patched a short section of pipe without fuss and it's now sorted. Chris was very knowledgeable. Would recommend.

Drainboss came out to fix a cracked drain in the toilets in handcross. We called them out to fix the issue we had and they provided us a quotation. When doing the work they said to fix both toilets it would cost more as we had only been quoted for fixing one run which was unclear on the quotation. I have attached the original quote on here for viewing. We were then charged the additional amount of over £200 to complete the full works. Had we had known this beforehand i would have used dynorod and the only reason i used drainboss is that we would much rather support a smaller company being a small business ourselves.
