Called J.J Landerman because I needed an estimate done right away to be able to close on a home. Spoke to representative and advised of the situation. They were able to move their schedule around and schedule my last minute appraisal. Damien came out right away and was amazing. Very knowledgeable and was honest about the work that needed to be done. Very REASONABLY priced. Highly recommend.

Shoutout to Damien (the repairman) and the folks that took my calls in the office. They are a highly professional group of people. Even my constant inquiries via email were answered quickly and thoughtfully. The repair was estimated to take 30 minutes and it was completed within 15. Seriously consider this company if your home (or business because they do that too) is in need of a repair. They even offer a complimentary inspection if you're unsure what the issue is. I would definitely do business with them again.

After researching several local roofing companies, I called Jenn (owner of Landerman Roofing) with some questions I had about the process of patching up an area of a rubber roof for a home I have in VT. I’m handy enough, but had never attempted such a project, so I thought some professional guidance would help get me through the job. Did I ever call the right company! Not only did she talk me through the lengthy process, she also drew me a sketch and then had one of her workers call me during the install. She then followed up with me the following day to see how I made out. Service like this, is unheard of. I am very grateful to have found Jenn and her team and now have a roofing company I know I can turn to. Thanks again!

Everyone was great to work with at this company!!! I would totally recommend having your roof done by these guys. Jenn in the office was always extremely prompt in answering my calls or calling me back. When the guys showed up to do the roof, there was a crew of about 10, the dumpster came about 10 minutes later along with an 18 wheeler with all the materials. I couldn’t believe how organized they all were. Each guy had their own “job” which made the process very smooth. We were doing some renovations in the room that was receiving the new roof and the guys covered the new subfloor so they didn’t damage it. A few hours after they left the sky opened up and it poured cats and dogs for hours on that new roof. Not a single leak!!!! Bottom line is, call them for your next roofing project because they did an absolutely amazing job!!

I highly recommend Landerman Roofing for all roof repairs and replacement. Landerman assisted us with many repairs on a rented building for two years until the roof was just replaced this year. They were always on-time, dependable and customer service oriented. Jenn and the roofing crew kept in contact with us after repairs and did a wonderful job on the new roof. The roof posed some challenges and they rised up to create a new roof that was added to the style of our building. During the install they were constantly in contact. It was a great experience.
