Did an OK job of replacing rubber on the roof of our study, but all positives end there. 1. They delayed starting the job by a fortnight due to annual leave. 2. The revised start date was wrong – they started a day earlier, which caused inconvenience and distress to our pet. 3. Their unannounced arrival meant we could not cover expensive equipment in the study, which was covered in dust and debris from the work carried out. We also had to fix several areas of the ceiling and reinstall lights due to their heavy-handedness. 4. Their quote and invoice stated our porch area would be covered in colour fascia – they used cheaper white boards instead. 5. The guttering is pathetic and leaks in heavy rain due to it being higher than our neighbour’s. Something our neighbour pointed out to them in August 2018. 6. It’s now approaching November 2018 and, despite many calls and messages, they still haven’t fixed the gutter. They sent two people out who went "your next door neighbour's gutter is higher," which is something we've known for weeks... 7. Go elsewhere.
