I was hired by Robert Sanville as a laborer out of a parking lot of a methadone clinic. 30 minutes later I was on the roof. I worked there for 2 weeks before his complete lack of safety caused me to have a fall from a dormer approximately 12-14 feet from the ground. Come to find out he has no insurance and has his contractors license suspended. I now can not work due to his negligence and can not collect any money I would normally be paid by workers comp. I know have had to hire a lawyer to get compensated. I might also have to go after the home owner. Stay away from this walking lawsuit machine.
