We were quite impressed when lee came and gave a quote. He seemed like he knew what he was on about. To be fair, as far as I am aware, the work he did seems fine. However, his time management was terrible, he was late starting, didn't work full days and the work took a week which was at least 3 days longer than it needed to take. Additionally the scaffolding wasn't down for nearly 2 weeks after he had finished the job. Lee had told me it would be coming down on the Tuesday (one week after) but by the Friday I had ascertained that the scaffolding company had not received payment from lee and as they had had a bad experience with him previously as standard they won't take it down until they have received payment. This was despite lee requesting us to make payment almost immediately as 'he had bills to pay'. Lee stopped answering my phone calls enquiring about the scaffolding, hence why I went straight to the scaffolders. All in all a very disappointing experience and I certainly wouldn't recommend. Edited after having a loft conversion- when the guys were working on the roof they commented that the work had not been completed properly and the wrong materials used, so I would steer clear!

I rang this company because my guttering had separated slightly and when it rained, the water gushed down the side if the house. When the man came to look at it he wanted to replace things that didn't need replacing. I just wanted the guttering pulled back 2 inches to where it should be. He quoted me £45 to do the job and when i told him that was too expensive, he stormed of angrily muttering under his breath. Not very professional! I certainly would not recommend company to anyone.
