We've recently had a new woodburner installed by Sandy and couldn't be more pleased. It sounds obvious but he turned up on time, quoted on time, and installed - yes you've guessed - on time. He pointed out that the old one had been installed incorrectly - if not dangerously - so we went for a complete refit.The only problem we have is that we'll now have to wait until Autumn to use it! - Don't use anyone else...

I was ill informed that my chimney wasn’t able to be swept and was dangerous to use! More like you didn’t want to move the wood burner, it wasn’t going to be an easy £45 call for you. So you conned me out of £25 for a call out, for two seconds at the house. What a joke. You don't need a flue liner, we have a circular pot type of ceramic. T piece is to catch debri and is not compulsory. It's more likely that the sweep is not registered to touch wood burners! Disgusting rude service! Do not fall for these rip off people like I stupidly did. Hate being ripped off!! MSF
