We had a wonderful experience working with Weathersafe. Our project manager Blake guided us through the process of our roof replacement and worked closely with us during the insurance claim we had. The new roof and gutters were installed in a days time. The work crew was friendly and professional they did a great job! Our roof looks fantastic and we have a great warranty. Last summer tree fell on my fence. Insur Company came and at the same time looked at my roof. Said I had until September to put a new one on otherwise if hail damage, etc., they wouldn't cover. House built in 1981. Had the same siding on ... but woodpeckers came and pecked holes all over. Should I just do the roof/do both ... who should I go with, what kind of siding should I use? Checked with several contractors...one didn't bother coming out at all and the other one wanted to do more fix up than I could afford. My credit union person gave me Weathersafe Restoration's name. Blake came out and took a look at things. I was looking at a lot of $ as it was, but using one company and able to get roofing, siding, and other things done was simple, easy, and well worth it. Blake presented Weathersafe Restoration in a very good light ... not pushy, only to do what you wanted/could afford, and do the best for you. I went with them and so glad I did. Blake didn't just sell me the roof/siding, he was there the whole time ... at my fingertips with a phone call, e-mail, instant message. I had several other things I needed done and working with Blake, he assured me Weathersafe was more than happy to do these as well. I wasn't afraid to ask knowing Blake would let me know if they did or didn't. If I had questions, concerns, changes, etc. I could talk to Blake, rather than the contractor ... Blake would relay things to the contractor so I wouldn't have to ... making me feel more comfortable. I could also ask Blake's opinion and know he was truly giving his opinion, not trying to drum up more business, etc. Leaving my keys for Blake to get in my house when I wasn't there did not make me feel nervous in the least ... rather than just giving them to the workers. Being single, I've been misled by contractors in the past, but this experience was nothing like that. My neighbors were very impressed with my house after Weathersafe was done...and so am I. I still smile when I pull in my driveway and look at what was accomplished. What seemed like it would be stressful was anything but ... Thanks again, Blake!!!
