I found Royal Roof Cleaning by googling roof cleaning this past Winter. I was impressed by their website. I called and emailed. I got an answer from Steve very quickly, which is something you don't get lately. He gave me a quote and then said he would be out to look as soon as the weather permitted. He came out, treated all of my roofs. He did a great job. His machines were impressive. I called him a few days later with a question, and he called me back promptly with the answer to my concern. I would recommend this company to anyone needing to clean their roof.

Steve was great. He was easy to talk to, on time, non disruptive, and effective. He explained what he did and what I would see later, and was finished in a reasonable amount of time. Price was more than reasonable. I will go to Steve for any future roof work!

Steve was great! I had him clean the roof, gutters, and siding and they all looked like new after he was finished! Overall an excellent experience. He utilized a boom platform that made it possible to clean the roof without setting foot on it or using a ladder. The process took almost three hours. I would use him again in the future and strongly recommend this service for anyone looking to clean their roof of those black streaky spots and/or mold/mildew/lichens.

Royal did a great job on my roof - It's been about 2 months now and the roof looks great. Quick, On Time, and not disruptive. Royal was also very careful about doing the cleaning without doing any damage by walking on the roof or using a very high pressure wash. Would recommend to anyone.
