No call. No Show. Told me they would be at my place to help me finish a roofing job. Said he would be here early. I Waited for for him to arrive, but he never did. Didn't even bother to call or text me. Wasted my day. I hope this is not how you treat all your customers. Btw, My landlord is fully aware of the work I am doing to improve his property and would have no problem giving written permission to do the work. Your agreement was, you can come out today, then later changed that since it would take two hours to drive and you didn't think you could get much done before the day was gone. So you then said you would come out the next morning, but for some reason decided not to show, or even bother to call me to tell me you couldn't make it. This is not a professional way to run a business, make agreements/appointments with customers then just stand them up and waste their time. I tried to text and call you all day but none of my calls or texts were returned. So once again. You wasted my whole day. I'm going to guess that is a recurring theme that your customers can expect. Don't make agreements and appointments to do work for customers then stand them up and not even bother to contact them to cancel. If you didn't want to do the work at the agreed upon price you could have at least done the decent thing and contact me to tell me this so I could have scheduled someone else to do the work. Nobody likes sketchy people that make agreements then waste their time. As far as me possibly not paying you I can assure you when I agree to pay someone for work, they get paid as agreed. Of course they have to actually show up to do the work to get payment for said work. ;-) I did not hire someone else, I supposedly hired you to completed the partially completed work. I see your trying to twist what was said to fit your narrative and unprofessional behavior. If you have doubts about what was said I would be glad to post our text conversations here for anyone else who is considering using your services to see what they can expect. :-)
