Alfa was hired to replace a section of fencing and stain it. The owner was not onsite to do the work, just his crew, and it was obvious he did not follow-up to inspect the work before asking for payment. When I went out, I found the fence was installed, but the job site was left dirty, and the stain job was sloppy and unfinished. While Alfa came recommended to me by a property manager, I would not recommend them for further work. Now, anytime I hire someone for work, I ask "Will you be onsite to do the work, or inspect it after it's done".
