It took almost three weeks from the time they start the work on my roof I was disappointed and when you are dealing with a company that makes promises and never follow through is very unprofessional. I had to stay on them every step of the way not to mention very expensive!!! It will take me a life time to pay for this roof

This is so sad I have seen the tv commercials about this company so I have a friend who I was trying to help find a roofing company I was going to refer this company, but with all the negative reviews, I just can't do it, word of mouth is everything, management needs to straighten this up, and do better, because this looks very very bad, smh...

Really bad business etiquette. My husband called in order to obtain a quote for a metal roof. The female asked several questions and was aware that the house was 2 stories. She Googled our address and was looking at our home while talking to my husband. A week later they cancelled the appointment and another date was made. The day before the appointment we were contacted regarding information on payment ie insurance company, financing or cash. The day of the appointment we were contacted confirming our appointment. We waited all afternoon until 4pm. No one showed. We contacted the company and were informed that they don’t usually handle two story homes unless there is a flat garage roof. That the salesman left a note in the computer file that they couldn’t do our home. Well we do have a flat garage roof and if anyone had come to the house they would have seen that we have a 2nd floor back veranda that runs the entire length of the house.When asked why we weren’t contacted the woman stated that the salesmen don’t carry phones for insurance purposes. Whaaat? If he drove by why didn’t he stop at our home for the appointment? If he just looked at Google why didn’t he call us? OR why didn’t the Office contact us ? WE had to contact the Office after waiting all afternoon This should be a red flag to anyone planning on doing business with this company. I would never recommend them to anyone and I’ll be sure to let everyone know how badly we were treated.

Contacted to get a quote & find out if they would provide financing. Gave them all my financial information. Set up appointment for estimate. They didn't show up for the estimate. Then they claimed they needed an OSHA qualified estimator because we had a steep slope. Couldn't tell me when that estimator would available. Asked how they knew we had a "steep" sloped roof if they didn't show up for the estimate. They informed us that they looked at photos online. Our property manager and 3 other roofing companies don't consider this a steep slope roof. These people only want to increase the cost and are not going to provide financing withou ripping you off.

Sorry, that is the best I can describe them. Set an appointment with their estimator. He never showed. I called them, they said they would call back and never did. I called and complained ( took the day off work). Someone then called back and said the estimator would be here. Never showed. Is that how they also do their roofing jobs? Only reason for one star is so I can post this. There should be a negative column.
