Their roof cleaning is lousy, they use bleach which will void your roof warranty. Their sales calls are relentless, they never stop calling until I had state attorney office tell them to stop.

The pros: Was easy to navigate their site, receive a quote, and set up the job. When they completed the job, everything looked good and clean (I was not home when they did the job but noticed a big difference upon coming home). The cons: Despite my attempts to e-mail the representative confirming my appointment and the pressure washing jobs I wanted completed, the crew came and left, not completing the most IMPORTANT part of the job - the roof (the main reason I hired them). I was left scratching my head - after all, I e-mailed them several times to confirm everything, how could they have missed a major part of the job? I called and e-mailed and no one answered or returned my calls for a few hours. Finally, I get a call from Lisa apologizing that the girl who filled out the work order "forgot" to put in the roof and gutters. Really? She didn't forget to include the price in the invoice though. I was told "we are so sorry, we will make it up to you!" I guess "make it up to you" means "We'll do the job we were supposed to do". I had to wait until their next appointment was open (about a week), and received no sort of discount for their mess up. All in all, they eventually did what they were supposed to, but did not earn my trust in being a competent company. Something as simple as giving me a discount or even sending a crew out the next day to fix their mess up could have won me over, but instead they treated me like they did nothing wrong, so I'll be sure to go with another company next time.
