They got the job done quickly, cleaned up after themselves. I wish they would have reused my gutters, (they trashed them). Super fast and a great job. Office staff does NOT relay messages! Call Jeff directly.
interior damage to ceiling in great room, from pounding of hammers, and refuses to pay for damages, does not return calls, but got all of our money. also had subs, but the contract did not mention using subs and the substandard quality of work. look else where and get three or more quotes, before you go into a contract.
Tropical roofscapes My roof was 20 years old and continued to leak again after previous owner repairs so it was time to look around. I wanted to look for the best quality work and potentially change the look of my flat concrete tile roof. Tropical Roofscapes was rated in the top ten percent of about 200,000 other contractors with quality score of over 100 on build-zoom. They had an A+ BBB rating and enough roof jobs completed in my local area so I could see their work. My wife and I drove to their location just to get some ideas and realized we didn't make an appointment. During their lunch break, the owner stopped what he was doing and invited me in to discuss all of our options for probably an hour. This exceeded my expectations of customer service. We agreed upon a schedule and everything went as planned. I was a picky customer debating color blended mixes that worked out perfect as advised in the end. I'd seen roofing tear-offs before and was worried about all of my lush tropical landscaping. They hand picked old tear off tiles down my entire roof to place it in a dumpster in the driveway. All of my demands were met and I highly recommend this company to anyone. You'll have a better chance getting them outside of the rainy season like I did. I replaced my flat tile with Spanish "S" concrete tile that didn't cost anything additional and have my neighbors asking me where they can get what I have. Raymond and Rebecca
