Kyle with Jasper Roof gave us excellent customer service from start to finish. He worked with our insurance and guided us through the whole process with patient assistance. He responded to texts and calls right away and made sure we were satisfied with our new roof. The old roof was removed and new one installed all in one day. It’s beautiful and we love it. We would highly recommend Jasper.

Kyle was extremely knowledgeable and kept me up to date on the process throughout the entire project. Everything was completed in a timely manner and if any issues or set backs came up I was promptly informed. Kyle and his team made this process as painless and simple as possible. Joe's help was great from the beginning to the finish line, including filing claims and cleaning. It has been only two weeks since the installation. I will post again if the roof installation was indeed good. The insllation was done in one day. One suggestion is to protect the swimming pool from getting dirty from the old shingle debris.

(BEWARE OF JASPER ROOFING) Being a co-worker of the staff at Jasper and the most popular of all Maggie, I can see how hard working everyone is and I hear their constant conversations with Home owners which is always conducted with professionalism and kindness. Maggie makes me laugh most of the time how overly nice she is even when I can hear the screaming in her ear. Would recommend people to work with Jasper because they do actually care about what they do.

This will probably be a longer review so I want to give an upfront evaluation from my perspective. The PRO's 1. They seem to have a really good method for working with insurance companies. I had 3 guys out here for the insurance adjuster meeting and they had things under control - Nice Job on that! 2. They get the job done in one day which means your yard, driveway and everything else gets back to normal quickly. When you think about it, these are the main things you expect or want from a roofing company along with quality work which I cannot really attest to yet as I have not had it inspected but I assume it was done correctly. The CON's 1. They have a lengthy contract that absolves them of almost everything. You, the homeowner, appear to be responsible for moving anything and everything that could be damaged by falling debris. 2. Their process for starting is not clear. They send paperwork that seems to suggest someone will be by the night before they start to pick up a check (for any amount you will owe and any insurance check). This did not happen and was part of my issue with them. 3. After paying them what I thought I owed them, they have billed me additionally for the permit fee, 41.00 and a "plank" $25. Which looked to me like a 2x4 but they say it is decking. Keep in mind they were paid some $15,000 by my insurance company plus my $1,000 deductible plus an upgrade fee of $20 per package of 100 sq ft of roofing. I have a real problem with this as you might be able to tell. 4. Their process for ending is equally unsettling. We were home the entire time. As they left, no one informed me it was done. They didn't inform me of anything. They just left. You would think for this type of job they would want to tell you a few things and I am referring to some type of supervisor. Enough of a summary. In the end, I would have given them 3.5 stars just for the process but again, I have no issue with the actual work (that I know of). I know we waited the night before they started for the person to pick up the checks as they stated and we expected to be given an overview of the process. Like when we needed to have cars out of the garage, what time they would start and so on. Never happened. Instead I found a dumpster moved into my driveway at 5:00 AM that successfully blocked me from getting any car out. And by 6:30 their crew seemed to already be on the roof starting. In my opinion, Jasper should really tighten up their process of interaction and not nickel and dime a customer at the end. They are being paid well to do the job and it leaves an unpleasant feeling about the end game. I can't say I would recommend them as a result. But as I also said in the beginning, for a homeowner, having a roofing company that can manage the insurance claim process well such as the reps they send to the adjuster's appearance to inspect the roof is also a big deal and they seemed to have that well under control.
