After signing the contract work had to wait to begin until the insurance payment came in. During that time we received calls every couple of days asking if we were ready to begin work. I explained that I was not able to continue taking these calls during my work day and had them call my husband after they tried to increase the price on me. They did honor the original price when speaking to my husband. Eventually, they came out and did the work. However, the work was subpar. They damaged the soffit and wanted to argue about repairing it. The roof had lumps and bumps all over it from the shingles and the wood not being laid correctly. There was rotted wood they did not replace and we had them go back and fix it. The repairs were not good. We paid in full upon completion of the job and have receipts to show it. We got a letter of a lien being placed on our home because the company had not paid for materials. We called the company and got a sob story about how family intended to take over the business behind the owners back. We contacted the courts and the bank to prove to the owner that our bill was paid and the job was done through his company because he claimed he knew nothing about it. We found out they were license lending from someone named Eric Merced from Miami. We were told by the owner to just wait and it will all sort itself out. We contacted the supplier and sent them all the same proof of payment and documents. We contacted the business owner twice about warranty work that needs to be completed and have never received a call back about it. All of this occurred between July 2018 -December2018. We have heard nothing as of now March 2019. I do NOT recommend this company.

These guys are the best they come out and tarped our roof so we wouldn't have anymore damage until they can get to it shortly they are honest and friendly they go above and beyond I'd recommend them very highly to anyone needing roof repair

Great group of guys! Family owned and operated is exactly what I was looking for.

After he came to inspect and gathered all my information during damage done during hurricane Irma . He never followed up , never called or emailed me back , after I called numerous times. Very disappointed and was disappointed by the professionalism from this company. I would NOT recommend this company unless you feel like waiting for empty promises. Would give a big fat zero if was able to. From a very disappointed and dissatisfied customer, especially during this time of need of a new roof.
