I got my roof done by them approximately 9 months ago and they left many nails that my grandson found in his foot. When I tried to contact one of the owners, who was the one who did the contract with me, she was unreachable. However, her office person did take a few dollars off and give my grandson a $20 pizza gift card. Recently we were working on the boards under the roof area and noticed rotten boards that they said they changed, AND CHARGED ME T&M! When I called it said the number was out of service?!

Awful people my husband worked for them for two weeks did a great job clients were impressed and they only paid him for one day! They still haven't fixed his check or the other workers! This place is dishonest and untrustworthy business!

Absolutely terrible customer service! Installed new roof in February 2017. Detected leak in May 2018. I've been calling 3-4 times a week for the past 4 weeks. All I get is the receptionist who promises someone will get back to me and no one ever returns my call.

They deserve less than one star, Very unprofessional and terrible roofing job Please don't waist your time call someone else.

A little disorganized and not so clear communication BUT they estimated and completed in one weeks time. Competitive price and the workers themselves were very nice and hard working! So far great (not leaking) roof! I will pick them over Roof Smart any day.
