I hired CRA Construction to replace my old tile roof with a shingle roof. I dealt with the owners Josh Rodriguez and Isaac Cohen during the replacement process. I met with Isaac Cohen initially to go over the replacement process and pay the required deposit (60%.) He had no samples of shingles with him so he told me to go on the internet and pick a color off a website, Ridiculous. I told him I needed to see a catalog of shingles so he calls a distributor Rep and tells him to drop off shingle samples to me. The Rep shows up with only Three samples, Ridiculous. called my roofer I use in another city for my properties to get the shingle name to use on my house from an old project he did for me. Isaac reassured me the job would be done correctly upon completion. Unfortunately, I had to fly out of town for a family emergency during the roofing process. When the job was complete, Isaac took pictures of the roof shingles, but not the trim work, soffit and facia, around the perimeter of the roof. I took his word and wired the balance of the job to his business account. When I returned to my house I seen all the mistakes. Needless to say, they damaged my trim and didn't replace missing pieces they tore off. In addition, the workers replacing the roof damaged my drywall on my home's ceiling below the roof and my roof ridge vent that runs the length of the roof peak is bent in places upon installation. It has been over a month since I paid the company for the job. I called Isaac and Josh both said they will address all the problems, but they did not keep there work. After numerous phone calls and text try to get them to fix the mistakes, I have not received a call back to schedule an appointment to make the repairs. Beware!!! This company does not stand behind their work or warranty and behave like typical Crooks. I now have to resort to legal avenues against CRA Construction Enterprises.

I turned to this company for my new construction project, and I am impressed with the skills they demonstrated. They took care of everything in a very professional manner, which is why I want to recommend them to anyone who needs to hire reliable people. Thank you for everything, and keep it up!

I feel bad for people that have to deal with them because there are much better people out there and cheaper. This company should get shut down! I’m gonna sue him soon! They don’t know anything about construction I don’t know how they got there license.

The worst company ever! And please be careful everyone. Don’t deal with them especially the owner. They did my roof and didn’t do it good and made me pay more then what I was supposed to. Please don’t deal with them at all!
