Jim ilardi owner of true property group. Did not pay his sales team in Panama city. Or 12 sub contractor in Panama city . Jim ilardi is being sued in Orlando and Panama city for the same thing .

We've had a good working relationship Engelmeier Roofing for years, but recently they've changed now that they are True Engelmeier Roofing (or just True as they move away from the Engelmeier name). The manager we dealt with was aggressive and unfriendly and treated us poorly. There seems to be a turnover in the sales staff and a general lack of communication. This is not the pleasant company we expected to deal with. We will not use them again.

Avoid these people at all cost, they have no respect for your property, and do sloppy work.

Unprofessional terrible work!

Don't trust this company. Gave me a good time estimate so gave them down payment. Then hurricane came and took multiple attempts to reach them and they wouldn't give me a clear time estimate. Meanwhile I have leaks in my roof and they finally change estimate to two to four weeks best case scenerio after saying earlier before. I said I'll have to find someone who can get to it sooner. They said OK, then after I found someone they charged me a $1,500 cancellation fee! So to clarify, changed their time estimate then $1,500 cancellation fee. Also, they kept telling me they'd call back and wouldn't. Told me they were a company of "integrity" so thought owner would be sympathetic, nope didn't even try to listen just said pay me my $1,500 cancellation fee. I ADVISE everyone to find another company.
