My wife and I are very pleased with the work and outcome of our roof! The old roof had no vents at all (don't know what the inspector was thinking on that original roof) and my a/c was working extra, they made sure to properly open ridge vent and added new ones on second story roof too. Will also mention that while most companies wanted us to wait weeks to start SunCastle Roofing did ours sooner than expected. Thanks.

I was concerned about the mess and possible nails in the yard since we occasionally park in the yard when friends are over. They went the extra mile to make sure everything stayed neat and tidy and when the job was complete they even took a magnet through the yard just in case. Very happy with the work. Thanks guys!

Phoned for estimate was told Tom would be in contact . 4 days later no contact, make your own mind up. Personally this reflects that if I had a emergency this company cannot be trusted to appear. Typical Florida. Thank you for your reply 04 / 16 to further clarify , I phoned your office the next day being it I had no call for appointment purposes , I was assured by your office that " Tom " has 24 hours to get in touch for an appointment. I also stated that the reason for phoning is as exactly happened here, many businesses do not in fact get back in touch, I was assured by your receptionist that this was not the case and again Tom had 24 hours to get back in touch. This did not happen , no voicemail, no telephone call .
