Actual customer. Before we signed, I submitted ten questions which were answered the next day. The roof permit was done on time. They started the day we agreed on. The wood that needed to be replaced was done properly and they provided photos for me. The price was right. The job was done and finished by the book.!!!

I needed a new roof, so I went online and looked up the reviews. I contacted Douglass Restoration and the owner Stephen came to give me a very reasonable quote the next day, on a Saturday morning! This business is local and family owned. They don’t nickle and dime you. His price is all inclusive. What he quoted was exactly what I paid. They use the Tamko Heritage Architectural shingles, which is beautiful and has a great warranty. He also warranteed his work for 10 years. I offered him down payment, but he said to pay him after the work is done and I am completely satisfied before paying him. He sent out a crew, removed all the old shingles, installed the new ones and finished in 2 days. He even gave me a free Wind Mitigation report to reduce my insurance premium. What a great company!! By the way, I also contacted their biggest competitor, but they were not responsive, I had to call and email them repeatedly for their employees to finally give me an estimate, but their quote was much higher than this company. I want to hire someone that’s responsive so I know if something happens, they will be there. I told my friend who needs a new roof to check out this company before signing a contract. I highly recommend Douglass Restoration roofing!

1st they inspected my roof and explain to me exactly what my problem was, even showing me photos. Then they told me what they could do at a reasonable price. And then they did exactly what they said they would do all in all it was a great experience would strongly recommend Douglas restoration for anyone's roofing needs
