Feb1st, 2018 I had a new expensive metal decorative roof installed by Robert E White II, Inc. It was completed in May 2017.Soon after it was completed, I noticed problems, and requested repairs. As of today, no repairs have been done. There are scratches on the back. On the side of the roof, leaves and tree debris get inside the openings, and clog it up. On the back there is a metal panel separating the house roof from the porch roof, inserted in the openings is a sponge foam material. When this material disintegrates, water will pool in those areas, and will become a breeding ground for mosquitos. I have been to his office several times besides calling him, hoping for a resolution to these problems, he is aware of these issues but has done nothing.
